rules for our trunk or treat 2024 event

Vehicle owners do not need to come in costume, but all trunks must be decorated and are encouraged to have a Halloween theme.
All trunks must provide their OWN candy for distribution.
Vehicle headlights and the engine must be turned off.
Please be courteous to your trunk neighbors and keep your decorations confined to your parking space.
No electricity will be provided for Trunkers.
All attendees are required to exhibit proper decorum and respectful, family-oriented behavior in the Trunk or Treat lot.
Use of high intensity sound making devices is prohibited so that this event can be accessible and inclusive for all families. Dreamweaver Equine Center will provide halloween-appropriate music during the event and will be the sole provider of music during said event.
Explosives, fire, firearms, knives and any other weapons (real or decorative) may not be used or displayed in any manner.
Vehicle owners must provide proof of insurance, vehicle registration and driver’s license with registration form. Only properly registered vehicles will be allowed to participate in this event. License plate numbers will be verified at even.
Dreamweaver Equine Center will be taking photographs in this area today. By entering the area, you irrevocably consent to and authorize Dreamweaver Equine Center, its successors, assigns and licensees, to photos of you and to use said photographs and/or recordings for worldwide use, in perpetuity in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for any purpose whatsoever. All such photographs shall be the sole property of Dreamweaver Equine Center and you release Dreamweaver Equine Center its successors, assigns and licensees, from any and all liability on account of such usage. If you do not wish to be subject to the foregoing, please do not enter this area.
