the history of how WE came to be
Our founder’s story and returning “home” to Dreamweaver
Before South Korea was glittered with skyscrapers and k-pop stars, much of the land outside the nation’s capital was very much rural. With the passing of his father at the tender age of 17, Mr. Cho inherited a 100 acre farm with 100 heads of dairy cattle and a forest of chestnut trees in 1979. He then immigrated to the United States with his wife and two children, embarking on the much-cherished American Dream so many strive for and live by.
After a decades-long running in the rat race of life, Mr. Cho and his wife purchased their forever farm with the intention of starting Dreamweaver Equine Center and lending a hand (or hoof) in creative a positive impact for the community. It took 30 years, but they finally found a place to call home. So I guess that home isn’t always necessarily where you come from, but perhaps where one finds purpose and joy. May our farm be your farm! We wish you abundant healing through these magical four-footed teachers here at Dreamweaver.
From one fellow dreamer to another,
Joe and Gina
