Following her Bachelor’s degree in history (with a thematic concentration of ethnicity and race) from Barnard College, Ali became a PATH Intl Therapeutic Riding Instructor through Centenary University in 2017 as well as also becoming an Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning. En suite, she received her Masters in School Counseling from NYU Steinhardt to further explore the impact of social-emotional learning (SEL) and founded the non-profit wellness barn, Dreamweaver Equine Center in 2020.

Ali is beyond ecstatic to offer her expertise and passion for SEL and early childhood development in the Dream Scholars program and developing rapport with all the families in the Dreamweaver community. Before joining our team, Kayla taught for more than four years delivering heartfelt and creative therapeutic riding lessons for students with special needs!

When Kayla is not working, she loves to bake for her friends, explore new places, and relax with a book or two!

Kyu Lee, Chief Operating Officer (COO)

In his past life, before he took the operational reins of Dreamweaver Equine Center, Mr. Kyu was actually a pharmacist! He received his Doctor of Pharmacy from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy. He joined the Dreamweaver team in 2022 and has never looked back. He looks forward to raising his daughter, Milly on the farm and sharing unforgettable moments with her!

Mr. Kyu’s greatest asset is that he makes everyone feel welcomed at the barn and confidently oversees all farm operations so that the health and longevity of all our horses and Dreamweaver Equine Center is safe and guaranteed. We would lost without him, literally!
